Nest cupping
Hello sweet Osprey watchers :)
First time for me checking in this spring, both on live cam watching as in here. I am having a weird (bit uncomfortable) few months with almost no wifi-access, hence i will often be a silent visitor here, using my phone to get updates through the forums of the goings on.
But still around, and back "online properly" most probably sometime over the summer.
Love the cam quality!!! <3
Love your updates! xxx
Love the birds :*
;)
2016: first time in history an Osprey nested in the NL. 2018: 2 active nests! 2019 a storm interferes. 2020: a third active nest in a tree!
Morning everyone. Lovely sight of EJ this morning, but she has just flown over the back to the left.

Having watched EJ since 2008/09 I have only just really noticed her 'dai dots', which were so obvious on Rowan last year. Am I really so unobservant?
EJ returns with a chirrup, and then flew off with a loud call. Who has she spotted?
She is on the nestcam post now.
Back down from the campost, on to the nest, looking around attentively.

I missed her fly off, but we have ENS
She has silently returned to the nest
