HAPPY NEW WEEK!
I hope everyone has a wonderful week.
Sending good energy to everyone coping with adversity.

I can't cry over a few tadpoles and a millipede this week, and definitely not a Cayman. Planet 2 probably even better tonight. Evening made even better with Andy's win!
Agree, Keith. Planet 2 was excellent. As you can see from my post, I am thrilled about Andy's win.
I enjoyed the Jungle with Attenborough this week, too. What gorgeous hummingbirds!
I did say that our water came back on at 1.00pm. I was going to have a bath this afternoon, to celebrate, but in the end I got distracted so I've remained grubby all day! In fact, although we had our walk, the whole day seemed muddled after I was discombobulated this morning...bah! I looked for things and couldn't find them, and such.
Now I just want it to be tomorrow, so I can have a fresh start on everything.

Strictly is always unpredictable, but that's what makes it fun!
Good morning, all. I've got to say I'm absolutely delighted for Andy - he's really earned that No.1 spot and I hope he stays there for a good, long time.
Our thoughts are with Margo today.
Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
Hear, hear CLARE.
Good Morning Everyone. A horrible wet and cold, windy day predicted so I'll be trying to crack on with things that didn't get done yesterday. At least it's supposed to be better weather later in the week.
Thinking of Margo and her niece today.
Greetings from a very wet Devon, where I am staying for a few days at a sport and spa hotel. Don't think I'll be venturing onto their seven golf courses, as it's pouring at the moment! The forecast 'amber warning' is rain all day today, with half the forecast amount falling in an hour - they don't say which hour, though!
Pat - enjoy your break in Devon. Such a beautiful county. I expect you'll be taking advantage more of the "Spa" features of your hotels then!
Think I missed the weekend - was at Farmers' Market Saturday and church (farewell to Minister) Sunday, and busy in between.
Another sad day for MARGO, but I am sure her Niece will appreciate her being there.
Return visit to dentist today and OH will collect his repaired plate once more - yes, broke it again on Friday! Shall be glad when he eventually gets the complicated hardened metal one!
Weather still frosty and without any breezes. Church newsletter finished for next weekend, so I can concentrate on domestic and medical matters this week.
Ospreys Rule OK, but Goldfinches come a close second!
Good Morning Everyone. Another wet and windy day. Warning for the gales again tonight.
Received a notice from the builder next door, to say that the water people will be working during Thursday night to connect the four new properties next door. It will mean that the lane across the top of our Close will be closed while they work. No information about actual timing or if we will be disconnected. The Lane will be closed to traffic while they work, thus the overnight work. I presume it could be rather noisy too.
Pat, Do enjoy your sport and spa hotel. The weather is atrocious there, so enjoy the facilities and stay indoors.
OG, I noticed your frost forecasts. We are a small island but our weather does vary so much. I think Heather / Dibnlib were due very low temperatures last night.
Thinking of Margo. Not sure I would want to face that job, so soon, although I knew she would do anything that her sister's family asked of her. She is due to have her transfusion tomorrow, so I hope she doesn't put too much pressure on herself.
