LOCH OF THE LOWES - SEPTEMBER 2016 and Winter snippets

The seasons seem to go so fast, so with that thought in mind hopefully the winter will go just as fast and then it won't be long until we are waiting full of excitement to see the return of the Ospreys and another productive season for them.  

I was requested by a friend (you know who you are)  to add some farewell music to this thread to say Good Bye to the Lowes Ospreys, so this is what I have come up with.

Thank you Mary, a lovely video. It  had me in tears also Starling, seeing Lady at the end was so lovely.

Scylla, thanks for the vid!  I wonder what disturbed the geese enough to cause the flaps and calling, but to calm down so quickly.  Or was it time to fly off to get to their daytime grazing site.  Fascinating.

It's a lovely day today and it looks as though the geese are still around.
