I think Dyfi needs another platform, but didn't that come under discussion once before and Keith said no, not needed and gave reasons. Can't remember the details.
No Christmas cake here this year, either. No working camera to take a picture of it if I had the cake. I have been really lazy this year about everything Christmas - No cards, no lights. I did put up my little tree and plan to make cranberry sauce tomorrow. Looking now for clear glass dishes to put it in.

Good afternoon. I think they put up another platform at Dyfi but it was too close to Monty and Glesnis nest. Poor B24 laid eggs on it and was being fed by Monty but Monty had to abandon her because he also had his own family to feed :( A very sad case. I think her chances of attracting a man were scuppered as Monty would chase away. I believe the nest platform was removed later for this reason
I so hope she finds her own nest and male this year, she really deserves it
Then there's DaiDot. Last we heard of him, his situation was kind of iffy. So we wish the best for him, too.
Hello June I too worry about Dai Dots. He was evicted from his nest so hope to hear of his return. The life of ospreys is tough :(
