Well folks, its been a disappointing day in the fact that the three bairns will not be named, tagged or ringed but that has come from official lines as I hope all of you have seen and we have to acknowledge the expertise of the powers that be.Nevertheless, there has been a lot of wing exercising and mini flights on the nest during the course of the day. Not many fish were delivered, but hey, they have to get trim so they can fledge properly.
Paul, you will see that I have replied to you on the last of the posts for yesterday.
All at peace and sleeping with the odd plink plonk of what sounds like rain.!!!!!!!
Happy viewing and see you in the morning, night, night.

All three lying low on the nest ... still sounds very windy. Won't be back until this afternoon, so I leave it in the capable hands of others :-))

Have a good day, Joan.
Back again for a short while before we go out to lunch. Thanks to all for the great pics of our wonderful family. Perhaps today would be a good for one to launch itself up into the air as it quite windy again. When I looked in at first the sun was shining but now seems to have gone in again. All 3 laying down and resting after the rigours of the day so far.

Is it going to go:
Not quite, all three resting.
Have to go and do things so will catch up later.
Just looked in and one was trying to get airborne while two others are being fed by EJ so there must have been a fish delivery.
Morning all, just logged to see what looked like a committee meeting all sittiing in a circle. A fish I assume/
As Richard, would say, its blowing h Hoolie here in Ayrshire, brightened by the sight of a little egret at the point, In now for the day though maybe see a fledge,

Hi Soosin. Glad to see you. Looks like the sun is coming out at LG but still very gusty. Same in my neck of the woods without the sun! I'll be popping in and out this afternoon. Must do some gardening.
Too wet for gardening, that's my excuse, so it'll be Ospreys Grand Prix ,roaring engines ( men in leather, Annette,) and the World cup fiinal for me.
All looking good on the sunkissed nest, if a little blowy
