Well folks, its been a disappointing day in the fact that the three bairns will not be named, tagged or ringed but that has come from official lines as I hope all of you have seen and we have to acknowledge the expertise of the powers that be.Nevertheless, there has been a lot of wing exercising and mini flights on the nest during the course of the day. Not many fish were delivered, but hey, they have to get trim so they can fledge properly.
Paul, you will see that I have replied to you on the last of the posts for yesterday.
All at peace and sleeping with the odd plink plonk of what sounds like rain.!!!!!!!
Happy viewing and see you in the morning, night, night.

And back it comes with a somewhat clumsy landing. Now standing on the edge of the nest nearest the camera. EJ is back on the nest too.
I just came on and said "Yippeee" as could only count 2
....then EJ arrived and looked up at the camera post, and CLUNK!!!!
-down it came - on the right!
And heres afternoon tea from Dad
Odin with a fish ... that's why the chick came back ... FOOD!!
Well, Odin is in there somewhere - on the back right next to EJ - what can one expect with a full nest :)
Back safely thank goodness we will have to wait to find out if it was a real fledge. Odin delivers a good size fish at 15.59 so a good meal for them and then perhaps a snooze.

Drat & double drat! I had a nice pic of Odin on the nest with all of them, and I pressed the wrong button & lost it!!!
Linda - that happened to me with the chick's return to the nest!
