How exciting for you Ann, I bet you can't wait :-) Fingers crossed they are all still about when you go and look forward to hearing about your visit.
Thankyou all for the updates and lovely photos and good to see the naughty T6 back. She looks good after her little adventure :) Would be good to know where shes been and what shes been up to. What has she been eating? Maybe Mum knew where she was and fed her or even maybe learning to fish for herself out of everyones gaze!
Gardebirder almost jealous of your forth coming visit to Rutland Water :) We went last year and saw the newly fledged S1,S2 and S3 flying about dipping their feet in the water! Just couldnt tear myself away and spent hours in the hide watching (OH was so patient but I think he too was smitten!)
We went on the osprey cruise which was wonderful and think we may have seen the magnificent 3(97) but cant be 100 sure We were told it was likely because of his under wing markings!
Look forward to hearing about your trip! Hope they are still around for you. Im sure they will be :) Are you going to the Bird Fair? Weve never been I think the crowds put me off! Its reportedly a very good event. Hope you have a great time!
Two chicks on the nest both eating.
