Hi KATE
3 chicks settled down together and Maya has gone
A youngster takes off and returns to a crowded side of the nest. I am assuming it was T7! (Edit: confirmed by the Blog that Mike posted below!)
and back
Maya has been nibbling at various sticks on the rim, moving them a bit
and then tries to move a larger stick/branch
Someone is flapping a lot - T6 or T8 possibly. Not confidently flapping to take off, so probably not T7!
12.28 Maya has flown. Big flaps!!

Edit: I think it was T6 who was flapping, but I can't read the ring properly
