Hi everyone.
Can't believe how fast this evening has flown in. Well yestarday was an exciting day with fish deliveries in the wind, intruders being swiftly dealt with, and the youngsters getting closer to making their first flight. Especially when one levetated several inches above the nest. Wonderful stuff. Can't wait to see what tommorrow brings. :-)

Lynette: When I think of Aviemore, I always think of socks! I have a picture hanging at home, taken inside Corrour Bothy in the Lairg Grhu, with the fire blazing, toasting our wet red climbing socks. I tried to get an artist to do a painting of the subject, but she never came up with the goods.

Hi All: I posted the following early this morning, but not sure anyone saw it. Today's duplication hasn't been a problem, but I'm just repeating it here for future reference
Re dueling threads, I inadvertently started one the other day after Lynette had already got us going (I didn't see hers for some reason). When I did see it, I couldn't find a way to eliminate the thread I'd started. But I did eliminate my first "Hi everyone" comment, which then automatically eliminated the entire thread.
So, no ring and bling today.....they're just getting bigger and bigger.
EJ brings a fish 18.25 ... all up and interested!

Chick on the right is trying to be clever and do its one-legged yoga pose while eating!
Thanks, Joan - I was eating, myself!
All tucking in and chirping, in the rain.
I was just lucky Linda - I happened to be passing the computer as she landed! We don't get any warning shrieks when she brings the fish :-))
The fish seemed to be up to her usual standard size-wise!
Well done, as usual, a big one from EJ!
Here is today's Teatime Fish List:
1st fish believed to be, but not definite: 6.38am, then 9.52am, 13.49pm, 16.06pm and now EJ's capture at 18.25pm
Total so far today: 5 Fish.
I think chick 1 is definitely looking for it's freedom. I was watching it before the fish arrived and as it was flapping it's wing's, it took a run across the nest.
I hope they can get the 'Ring & Bling' done tomorrow or we may be one short!
Thanks everyone. That fish looks almost as long as EJ:)
