  • Looks pretty miserable now, with EJ looking around her and the three bairns asleep.

You've certainly got a good grip on the captures Lynette - good stuff

thanks for the encouragement, Cirrus, its a learning curve, its taken me long enough to work it out.

The lazy tykes - they want to eat reclining - that's EJ's programming

Can you explain that one to me as a newcomer Cirrus?

    What's EJ's programming?

I dont want to sound harsh, but possibly you are either an attention seeker or mentally ill to suggest that in any way EJ has taught the young ones to be lazy.

I'd like an explanation please. I know nobody else will because apathy wins and as long as Simon Cowell is happy and Eastenders is on everyone is happy, but personally I find this kind of stuff insulting to these wonderful birds.

Please dont bring your personal life onto these hard working amazing birds you idiot.

[/quote]it does sound harsh, we are all osprey mad on these pages, and do tend to go over the top at times, but nobody seems to mind!!!!!!!! hmmm. We know we are very priveleged to be able to watch these magnificent birds in the wild and like it or not we just put a little human touch into the proceedings. Hope you can understand where we are coming from.

  • EJ has begun to call sofly at present. She can't be hungry, can she, as the very large fish she brought in earlier I believe was finished by herself.

Probably keeping Odin on his toes.  Although it is very windy for fishing. The weather forecaste wasn't brilliant for parts of Scotland with more breezy and wet weather in the offing.

  • I see there must be some fish left as EJ is feeding one of the young ones

  • budgie23 and Cirrus,

A reminder - these are the the Terms and Conditions applying to the use of this site (and Cirrus, I disagree with your post at 8.34 - there are NO specific ones applying to the LG Forum).

As you have clearly not "hit it off", I'd suggest you avoid engaging with each other.

budgie23, I would suggest your most recent post contravenes the T&Cs, but you can edit it, if you wish.

  • Budgie23:

Hi there and welcome.   But I think insulting others is a tad unnecessary!  May I suggest that if you are not enjoying these pages, it might be better to start your own forum which is more 'serious' and more suited to your needs and to those of others who feel like you.   I don't often post but I much enjoy the banter that goes on here and its all done with a sense of humour.   I would hate to lose it.   After all, the birds have no idea what we are saying and it doesn't affect them in the least.
