EJ just left the nest a few moments ago to go and roost. All quite at the nest with two of the youngsters snoozing and one doing some wing stretching.
Paul.
Warning! This post contains atrocious spelling, and terrible grammar. Approach with extreme edginess.

EJ is still working her way through this fish! One juvenile eating. Other two in a heap sleeping off their feast.
I've been away again and come back, and they are still eating... that must have been some huge fish!
updated Fish List:
1st Fish: 5.00am, then 7.20am, 11.28am, 17.56pm (EJ), 18.02pm, 19.45pm, 20.22 (EJ again) -
total so far today: 7 Fish.
Third chick has given up and gone to join the sleepy heap. EJ still eating the remains of the fish.
The wind seems a little less - but is still blowing very gustily. The markings on the youngsters are very pretty this year, lots of that wonderful golden colour around the heads, and on the napes of the necks again.
EJ has tidied up the last of the fish, and now is doing the housework - she's moving bits of moss and checking carefully all of her fortifications- its not easy because there are now 4 large birds on that nest! Now I can hear it starting to rain on the microphone.
EDIT: to make matters worse, two of the GEM's are now practising their wingercises again!! EJ is ignoring them and frowning at the barriers she's made. Will they be strong enough for such monsters ?
EJ just left the nest
Ej flew off. I think she was fed up of being pecked and skited with wing flaps. lol

A new clue to identify #3.
It not only has the shortest tail but when it is wing exercising it hasn't got it's wings totally extended horizontally. They are still bent at about 1/3rd toward the tips . #3 being younger is behind the skills of the other two . The other two have with wings fully extended in a horizontal position
#2 just tried to take a poke at EJ again. EJ was trying to clean up the nest and in the spot that #2 wanted to lay down. #2 is a Sassy bird
Thanks for all the updates, fish counts and the video of Odin feeding the chicks !! Much appreciated !

She;s back already, I wonder if there's something annoying her over the edge of the side of the nest she's looking quite intently every now and again.
