Hi folks, can't say I've seen much action yesterday as I was in and out all day. Not sure how many fish were delivered but I believe fish were left on the nest for the youngsters to try and feed themselves. A valuable lesson to be learned, but whether it succeeded or not, not sure.
At present our teenagers are fairly inactive. EJ is probably roosting nearbye as the nest is getting overcrowded with their huge sizes
Happy viewing to all our overseas watchers, and to the homies, see you in the morning.

Well, I went out of the room and now its all over... must have been a smallish fish...
All looking over the edge of the nest dreaming of flying and catching their own fish......
Mmmm. site had a 'funny five minutes' there but all seems well now, Except of course, exceedingly noisy Gem (who coined that BTW) - which I think is Youngest. Did it not eat when the going was good? Or was the fish too small for 3?
New blog from Debbie
EDIT - Cirrus ... it was Lindybird who coined the GEMs phrase!

Thanks for 'heads up' about the new Blog, DjoanS.
I lost everything at 6.00pm, got all sorts of weird messages from the site, and had to just switch off the pc and leave it until after we'd eaten. Here is the last pic from the still camera today:
--- all preening and beak cleaning after the last feed.
I couldn't get on to the site at all Lindybird... no way, no how, for about 40 minutes!

-- I ended up switching off at the wall, DjoanS, thinking, "is it me?" The site has been playing up for a few days now, don't know what the problem is.
GEM's sitting in the last of the evening sunshine now, at least its not rained all day as forecast for some places North. (though its possible it could rain some more tonight)
Hi. :-)
I couldn't get on to this site for a while either, Lindybird/ DjoanS.
Youngsters all sitting quietly in the evening sunshine.
Warning! This post contains atrocious spelling, and terrible grammar. Approach with extreme edginess.
Just looked in on the nest and there appears to be a fish in there!
... which #2 is now scoffing quite competently!
serious major flapping going on by #1 and #3 atm
