Hi folks, can't say I've seen much action yesterday as I was in and out all day. Not sure how many fish were delivered but I believe fish were left on the nest for the youngsters to try and feed themselves. A valuable lesson to be learned, but whether it succeeded or not, not sure.
At present our teenagers are fairly inactive. EJ is probably roosting nearbye as the nest is getting overcrowded with their huge sizes
Happy viewing to all our overseas watchers, and to the homies, see you in the morning.

Thanks for the quote, jsb. Have noticed how much more the two eldest have stepped up their wing flapping in the last few days.
Just logged on and catching up with updates and pics and stats(thanks jsb).to find it is very, very, windy and three young ones all huddled together to keep warm with their heads down out of the wind. 2 fish already, my, breakfast been and gone already.
Quiet at present.
Sounds like an incoming Odin ... oh yes it is!

Morning all and thanks for the overnight vigil and morning fish reports. Also thanks to JSB for latest stats. I believe they can fledge as early as 50 days so I think ringing and tagging cant be far off.
Hello everyone - thanks so much for all the news of the nest 'doings' - once again great pics from Sandra DJoan and Lindy :) Nice little shot of Youngest there DJoan . Two weeks till they fledge, thanks for that JSB - and of course Alan is right - they need to be ringed before so I suppose 'any time at all ' now :)
Cirrus: I asked LG about ringing last week and they thought, then, in about two weeks time ......so, that would indicate possibly next Wednesday, give or take a day either way. They also confirmed that only two chicks will be sat-tagged and that was their policy, not to tag them all.

EJ is sitting at the edge of the nest, on the left this time, and the young 'uns are full up again (for now)
EJ back on the nest. Feathers are getting very ruffled. Bairns are stirring but content to stay sitting down out of the wind as much as possible.
Mmmm, could be really soon then JSB- next week - wow !! Hope I'm 'in on the scene' that day. Although of course, the camera will be deliberately 'down' for the event we were told. Still - all very exciting . OK, I understand just the two for satellite whatsits - yes, I still don't know what I feel about these - I do and I don't if you know what I mean. Garten was the one 'left out' last year . Can't wait for the naming actually - someone on some forum (Offical or Update not sure) was saying the same - can't wait for the names. Me neither :)
