Hi everyone, last day of June already. I have just been looking at my pics of when they were first born backend of May, from three tinies to three huge young ospreys, the rate of growth in a month seems phenomenal.
Anyhow on to yesterday, A more or less routine day with the three getting up to their usual antics and EJ keeping a motherly eye on them most of the time. She did leave the nest on occasions for longer periods, one to go fishing and bring back a whopper, round about teatime this was.
All three are resting with fidgiting and wing stretching inbetween. EJ must be on her roost tree nearbye as she isn't on the nest.
I am signing off now, see you in the morning. Happy viewing.

Will do DjoanS made my day now all eating at LG and Lady eating at LOtL.
Our young ospreys didn't take long to demolish that fish. EJ cleaning up, the young ones potterinrg about the nest, stretching , preening and looking at the world.
One wing flapping and bonking one of them. Over now, all curious as to what is out there.
Well done, Odin! - should be easier for the fishing today, with this weather.
That soon went.... hungry I suppose. Now to wait for the next one....
EDIT: Lovely markings on this one at the front - Titch?? or #1??
As we look at them now, eldest at the back, Titch on the left, middle one to the right. Correct me if I'm wrong.
EJ has just flown off.
afternoon all. Just going back to check out the going's on's but caught the last few seconds of that feed. All looked orderly.
All quiet at the moment. Scene of peace and tranquility, just like my house...... lol
EJ just flown in with a large stick, she has decided that reinforcements are nescessary. Makes middle one move out of the way whilst she positioned it.
Decides to move it elsewhere now.
Clip of delivery, EJ mantling, Odin shrieking and eventually all 3 juveniles feeding:
