Hi to all our viewers from overseas and those late ones here.
It has been a fairly quiet day, intruder alerts in the morning/afternoon, a bit of a barney between two youngsters but sorted out. EJ took no notice. Only 4 fish from Odin but EJ brought in a whopper late evening and they were at it for at least half an hour I think.
At present all three are sleeping and EJ is on her perch at the side of the nest nearest the camera.
Happy viewing, see you in the morning.

Snap Lindybird - its really serious stuff for them now ... leaping around and flapping away ... I love it!

Great to see them experimenting with the equipment supplied by Mother Nature, DjoanS.
EJ is back and mantling and alarm calling, so must have seen someone/something we can't see.

Great pic Lindybird. I Love 'wingercise', it should be in the dictionary.
Warning! This post contains atrocious spelling, and terrible grammar. Approach with extreme edginess.
Afternoon Lincybird it is a better fish count so far today. Have been laughing at the mini ospreys jumping and wing flapping, they don't mind who they clout with their wings. Liked the "tail end" joke. EJ was having a shout then don't know if there is an intruder or she is having a nag at Odin.
Margobird
Djoans good pic of them exercising.
I heard EJ shouting at the intruder off camera, and then she flew back to defend the nest. Now she has been calling Odin for more fish ... I wondered if Odin had flown back with a fish and been followed by the intruder. If he did he must be eating the fish himself!
EDIT - two of the young ones have joined EJ in nagging Odin :-))
Hi Heron: Think I'll put wingercise in my own dictionary, anyway! Like your note at the bottom of posts, letting yourself off all the grammar and spelling mistakes in advance!
After all that nagging, it went all quiet ... I came to look and see why .... EJ has gone ... maybe she gave up on Odin and has gone fishing herself!
Excuse me for posting on wrong blog but a wonderful close up of one of the chicks at LOtL asleep with its head resting on one of the sticks.
Its lovely to see them doing so well at LotL, as well as here at LG , margobird.
All very quiet here, and asleep. Expect EJ is enjoying a doze in nearby tree, away from the crowd on the nest.
