Hi everyone,
Its been an uneventful day except that EJ went fishing for the first time since the chicks came along and brought back a whopper of a fish. I believe there was a total of 8 brought to the nest but will be corrected if I am wrong.
Two of our young ospreys were preening but now only one who has got up and is still at it. The other two are asleep.
Nearly the end of June already and look how they've grown!!
Enjoy the night viewing wherever you are. Night, night.

All getting restless now, up and awake, most of them preening and looking out for Dad with that fish - "Gosh, I hope its fish for dinner tonight, don't you??"

thanks for fish correction Lindy . You're probaly right Margobird - EJ's gone fishin'
I simply cannot get rid of just ONE duplicate post !!!!!!!!!!!!! They both go so apologies. ANd EJ did not go fishing clearly, cos she is on the nest
EJ finding it difficult to stay upright. That wind is gusty today. Two young ones are awake and looking around. The third one on the left hand side is also away and looking round. All three sitting tight with the wind.
Hi Cirrus - very uneventful on the nest today, but suppose we should be thankful for that.
EJ is hunching up in the wind. 'Chicks' are complaining again, and standing upon each other.
What are those teenagers doing, one is all over the other , getting in the way, doesn't know where to put itself and its shouting into the bargain..
Dad we want afternoon tea please.. Mum does her yoga impression.
I think someone wants fish getting quite annoyed now. Perhaps it will prompt EJ to go and get one.
