Hi everyone, happy viewing through the early hours.
Barbara Jean posted a pic on yesterdays diary (at the end) of the chicks in May, compare them to now, they are young ospreys not those fluffy little bundles anymore.
EJ and her brood are sleeping, all is at peace.
See you all in the morning, night, night.

Just doing a bit of houswork and came back to find EJ is still calling.
Young ones are up and about, watching the world go by and preening.
Oh my, their tiny wings aren't so tiny anymore :) One of the sleeping beauties just stretched it's wing and gave EJ a push with it ;) She actually swayed a bit

They are all waiting in anticipation?

LOL Brilliant stuff, Alan. Even if he does have to put up with the constant demand for more fish. :-)
Warning! This post contains atrocious spelling, and terrible grammar. Approach with extreme edginess.
"Odin! Come quick, the weans are demolishing the fence."
Good morning all and a fine and sunny day again. Logged in to hear EJ calling and thought perhaps Odin got up late this morning. I am amazed he hes delivered 4 fish already. Wonderful Odin how lucky EJ nad the youngster are to have such an excellent provider.
Thanks to all for the very humerous comments which have given me a good laugh, and of course all the pics. Can't believe EJ is still shouting still for more fish. Maybe today is the day he breaks his record.
Off to catch up with the other chat now.

EJ is still at it. The young ones waiting and doing what juveniles do.
EJ is quiet at the moment. l young one is taking it easy the other two are alert, preening and generally watching whats going on.
EJ on her other favourite lookout post.
Thanks for that pic Heron77, I have just been watching her and thinking how beautiful she is and those eyes are wonderful.
