It looks peaceful, EJ is standing at the edge of the nest. Chicks are a bit restless but seem to be settling.
I think it was 5 fish that Odin brought in yesterday.
quick update for LOTL fans: Lady seemed to rally a bit more today but is still quite ill. Camera at LOTL is down at the moment. I know its not on the correct thread but not everybody has time to catch up on the LOTL blog.
Anyway all is calm, happy viewing, I'm off to bed now. Oh, and before I forget, first day of summer here, well let's hope it is.

The Great Provider! just as the monster chicks were getting restless....
Lined up in a neat row, but I'm darned if I know which is which, now....
Very thoughtful of EJ to let us all know when a fish is arriving. I was looking elsewhere but knew from the noise Odin would be arriving.

Middle chick sees to be getting left out here.

Me neither Lindybird but I think Titch is at the far end.
Well, they demolished it while I went off to put the kettle on, and now there's a bit of beak cleaning going on, so I reckon there's nothing left...
Here is EJ giving us the beady eye:
They have quickly consumed the last fish heaven knows where they are putting it all. EJ then sharpened her beak and proceeded with a bit of housework.
I am a bit worried that I may have upset everybody on this blog as very few comments to me today. Perhaps I am being a bit silly. Just to let you all know that despite what we have been watching I have today completed my volunteering form for next year knowing and understanding that what I might see will not always be what I want to see.
Well, EJ's just done a bit of furniture rearranging and is now thinking what else needs doing, two chicks are exploring and one still seems zonked out from the feed. Its all go in this household. Radio chaffinch has started to join in.
Margobird - I'm sure you haven't upset anybody - I've been busy outside this afternoon ... just popping in to check the blog every little while, but not posting. Glad to see there has been a fish delivery ... and it is people like you, that people like me, rely on for information! BIG HUG :-)

Stop worrying Margo, I have just read all the commentary and I would say it has all been very efficient today as most have probably got an eye on LOTL as well as here, plus in my case watching Wimbledon. They are all your regular friends and they wouldn't ignore you intentionly. Glad that you have filled in your application and I am sure it will be a cert that you are chosen. Big Hug and Cheer Up.
