Hi everybody,
Its been another eventful day, Odin has been a great dad and provided for his family as usual
Chicks are getting more adventurous in the nest.
EJ being a wonderful mum. Intruder has been about again but has been sent packing.
At the moment EJ is trying to rest but the youngsters keep wriggling about so disturb her.
Happy viewing, see you all in the morning.

i'm having increasing difficulty telling which chick is which now
Titch doing the housework, one bigun sort of eating and the other one looking so fat and too full to move! (its like when mum makes you eat tea in the evening of Christmas day when you have had a huge Christmas dinner! - you do it because you have to!!) EJ and Odin have both eaten well today too.... excellent! xx
Got it wrong it was chick 2 still stuffing his face and he/she has just fired off right over the top of Titch, lucky for Titch it went over the side of the nest.

Oh great .... another fish while I was out and three stuffed chicks. It was page 11 when I left and page 15 when I got back .... made for excellent reading ... thanks folks!!

Not so hard when they're all there, but harder when you can only see one properly. No1 has lost his white stripe, No2 has a mottled stripe and Titch's is still all white. That's 2 nearest mum now. (I think!)

It is heartwarming to see EJ standing on the nest with a fish under her foot ready to feed anyone who is hungry, including herself!
The chicks are full and exploring their new world
EJ & Odin are rearing another brood that are getting a splendid start in their lives.
Odin not only is a great provider, but ready to quickly fly to the nest to help EJ defend it.
The perfecy pair of Ospreys.
I hope all of their chicks grow to be wonderful parents as their have.

At least EJ has had more to eat today.
EJ just went for a quick break and is back. Those "giants" are getting quite adventurous now.
EJ just took a brief exercise flight and both of the older chicks followed her with their eyes until she returned . I think this is the first time I have seen them carefully observe her flying.
Titch has been tempted down from the top rail by food.
