Hi everybody.
We've had an eventful day with Odin bringing in 5 fish and intruders trying to land on the nest but being chased off by EJ.
All is quiet on the nest except for fidgiting from the chicks who are keeping EJ awake. She has her back to us at present and is looking toward the right of the picture. One little one has just been obliging over the far end of the nest.
Happy watching, see you in the morning. night, night.

Caught up again with whats been happening, glad to see there have been two fish delivered since lunchtime making a total of 6.
EJ is now sitting with the family on nest, all three chicks out from under her, maybe Titch is a almost under her but the two eldest are at her sides. Too big to go fully under.
Lots of super pics as usual, have saved some for my folder. Will go and watch BigRabs clip now.
Going to log out for a while now bit of a headache now my forehead has come back to life. I leave with the picture of 3 stuffed chicks all sitting quietly with EJ. I am sure that when I log in this evening Odin will have delivered again.

EJ begins calling, telling the chicks she is off. Quick comfort break but carries on calling. Has stopped but is just at the edge of the nest looking all the time to see if Odin is delivering again.
EJ waiting for yet more fish, to feed this growing brood....
I've just watched BigRab's video, thanks for the heads up Alan- not a dry eye here !
I could be wrong but looking at LOTL chicks and ours - LG's look bigger - does anyone else see a difference??
Just watched BigRab's compilation, fantastic, as others have said, will keep me going in the winter months.
All quiet on the nest - just waiting for a delivery.
Mmmmm, dunno Lynette - the LoTL chicks seem pretty big to me; certainly more advanced than youngest anyway. Have to say though, I understand where you are coming from - the two LG eldest have certainly acquired mass in a hurry and look almost full grown.
EJ calling again -
I'm sure those chicks are growing as you look at them ... they are HUGE! EJ calling ... I bet she has spotted Odin having a rest nearby ... and she thinks he should be fishing :-)

Margobird: I do hope you're feeling properly better soon. The unseen fliker of a PC screen can help you feel worse. Not a bad space to take a break on. Six fish and counting ......
Still awaiting a delivery - EJ is looking for Odin whilst the 3 musketeers are asleep.
