Hi everyone.
Wasn't watching at the time but heard a commotion. Still raining, chicks and eJ were excited over something but have settled down again. Chicks can be heard chirping away whilst EJ tries to keep them dry and warm , getting soaked herself.
I'll say night, night, happy viewing.

You can see the new feathers starting to come through on chicks #1 and #2 ... no wonder they are starting to preen ... must be very irritating for them!

# 1 is closest to the camera. It seems to have Rothes laid back personality. " Lets not push there is plenty for everyone" LOL

Missed the fish delivery but it looks like a good sized fish. My connection keeps dropping out as well Margobird. #3 is getting right in there with the feed and looks really strong.
All three eating hungrily - seem to be getting fair shares too - all very civilised!
Ospreys Rule OK, but Goldfinches come a close second!
--Lovely to see them all tucking in.
Great ti watch I just love it when a fish is delivered and you get all those delighted little noises. Managed to see before picture froze that Titch is nicely placed in the middle.
Margobird
I don't fish, but that fish looked like Rainbow Trout. Right??
Isn't the fish farm stocked with Rainbows?
If so, Odin found it
Oooh, detective work, Barbara Jean: we sometimes eat rainbow trout, and it certainly did look like one.......
Fish just about gone, I make it about 5 minutes and its virtually gone.
Chick #1 (I think) just had a big bit of fish with a long bit of skin hanging from it, EJ tried to pull it back to tear the skin off but chick having none of it and promptly swallowed the lot :o)
