Hi everyone and especially to Annette in SoCal - have posted a last note that I was starting new thread, hope that helps.
As you can guess, its raining or has been raining and EJ is soaked but managing to keep the wee ones undercover. I'm not sure how many fish were delivered yesterday but there were a few.
Rain seems to have eased and EJ is having a little stretch at the moment.
Happy watching to all of you around the globe. See you in the morning.

Has EJ gone after the Intruder ?
She has returned.
I don't think she went after the intruder ... she had been quiet for a few minutes and then flew off for a short break.

I think the stripes on the chicks' backs look like three sardines left lying on the nest.
Don't worry I will be alright shortly !!
BrendaH - a tin of sardines will never look quite the same again :-))
Maybe the intruder is White TF. She had her eye on the nest last year.
It would be fantastic if it was Nethy. The intruder seems very comfortable landing on the nest

Intruder alert, it tried to land but EJ saw it off. Now mantling over her family. EJ is now calling can obviously see the intruder. Keeping a watchful eye. Its still around
