Ej is resting and trying to keep the chicks warm but they are getting quite big now and it makes it harder for her to keep them under her breast at night..
At least now she seems to be catching a quick nap.

EJ feeding chicks while Odin stands guard, looking serious....
Had to take a phone call, and when I came back Odin seems to have brought the fish back, EJ is feeding the chicks and Odin is re-arranging the furniture .... what a happy scene! All chicks seem to be getting a fair share.

Odin and fish have returned - I wish he wouldn't do his furniture rearranging when the chicks have their heads up feeding! Now looks like he's standing there to keep some of the wind off them - but is staying very alert - maybe he suspects the intruder is still around.

EJ now feeding them as she must feel it is safe to do so.
Growing fast !!!!!!!!!
Thanks for all the updates and pics everyone. Certainly a lot of drama so far today. Sounds very windy at LG at the moment, at least its dry though. And the chicks are well fed.
Warning! This post contains atrocious spelling, and terrible grammar. Approach with extreme edginess.
Odin flew off after a bit, and the wind is worse now if anything. All 3 chicks feeding well:
All lined up and behaving themselves, so getting their fair share - wish our young starlings were as disciplined!
That wind sounds terrible - must go, ironing awaits.
Wonderful pics everybody of the lastest encounter re intruder alert.
