Ej is resting and trying to keep the chicks warm but they are getting quite big now and it makes it harder for her to keep them under her breast at night..
At least now she seems to be catching a quick nap.

Intruder landed on nest but chased off by EJ.
It didnt occur to me that it wasn't Odin, so didn't have good look at him. No wonder she wing flapped so much.
All looks ok now - EJ not particulary bothered to cover wandering heads etc. Windy there but apparently dry right now.
Ospreys Rule OK, but Goldfinches come a close second!
I wasn't sure who landed Linda, as EJ was flapping her wings, I thought she was chasing an intruder, but agree with you , it did look like Odin.
See you missed the last few days activity, Brenda - its been amazing, especially yesterday when Odin brought in so many fish - the chicks were very full and have visibly grown since only Sunday!
Male bird back again - I'm sure it was Odin - EJ cheeped for 'fish!' and flapped at him to go, so he did!
Yes Linda, I couldn't believe how much they have grown. I noted there were eight fish yesterday. Odin definitely back to his 'old self '.
Was that Odin or an intruder, I am not sure:

Odin has delivered a fish but can't get picture to post.
I came back to find fish on the nest, & EJ busy feeding chicks:
