Night vision is a lot clearer but only just visible. You can make out EJ on the nest.
Happy viewing to you all from lands afar - keep us posted for later.
Having said that, EJ seems to be catching up on her sleep. Chicks have stopped chunnering so maybe she can get a bit of kip.

Brilliant ... Titch is muscling in beside #1 chick ... #2 looks like its in 3rd place ... shades of last year and Garten and poor Mallachie? What a feisty little thing Titch is!

EJ is making sure the all get their share

Nice to see they are all getting a fair share of the fish :-))
EJ is so fair when dishing out the food, chick #2 got quite a large chunk there, didn't think it'd be able to swallow it but hey ho, no probs and ready for another bite. Think they're all starting to develop their own wee personalities already, great viewing :o)
I don't think we're going to have to worry about him/her:
Three in a row being fed at 14:40 :-)
If nothing goes right, go left! :-)
The conventional wisdom is the oldest chick is the strongest. I disagree. The oldest chick doesn't have any competition for food the first couple of days and after that is always the largest to get the mother's attention.. The youngest chick is the smallest and has to fight it's larger siblings for everything. I really think the youngest chick grows to be the strongest
Oooh, they're all lined up!!
Sounds like rain on the mike again ... perfect timing after the feed.
Just came on in time to see the feed: great pics, Sandy & DjoanS. How strong they ALL look. Can hear that its still raining, but it doesnt seem to matter as they all look so healthy, including wonderful mother EJ.
