Well, we live in hopes,  Maybe the cam will leap into life?

  • Thank goodness we have this forum!!

Remember how frustrating it was when we didn't have the forum and the camera was down?

With everyone who can contributing from the still camera we can piece together what is happening

THANKS  EVERY ONE!!  I still don't know how to capture pics from the still camera and post them on the forum

    Formerly known as Barbara Jean

  • Margobird. The clock on the stills camera shows GMT minus 9-10 minutes. No idea why, but it is consistent!

  • Here is EJ studying her brood:

---notice that it says 9.57 when it is 10.57  plus as Sue says, at least 9 minutes!

  • Barbara Jean:   I'm on Windows, and I just right click on the mouse whilst the arrow is on the picture, then it asks you to name the picture in the box below - you can use your own labelling system for that, then you left click on 'Save' & it disappears but it will be in your picture storage on your pc.

  • ps:  then, if you want to show it on here, you write a post as usual but click on the green symbol above your writing, which opens a 'browse' option - click on browse and then choose your picture from your storage system, and click on the box below, then on 'save' I think.

now I've had to do one, to remember what to do-

you click on 'open' and then on 'insert' at the end of the process.

  • Morning all ... bit late today as I was out earlier, and then was watching sparrows in the garden, knowing the camera was down! David has posted a note on the main blog about the camera ... he can't fix it so has to wait for the IT people :((

Here's my entry in the 'headless EJ' competition

Good one DjoanS and surely that must be a winner.  Like you have been watching sparrows/starlings and bluetits in the garden but having to cat watch as well, already had 3 in my garden this morning.
