Now he's flown off again.

Morning all (and especially to chick no.2). Thank you for all posts, pics etc, so easy to read through them as a commentary of the morning's events.

Odin arrives again:

I had a quick look before going to church, but there was no time to respond, but spotted the brilliant news of the 2nd chick. Thanks for all your comments and pictures and Chloe for the clip, which I am rather glad I didn't see live. I wonder how hot it is for EJ up there with no shade.

I'll never tire of saying how fantastic the Ospreys are.  Well my language in the last few minutes has been mostly words such as "wind" and works requiring asterisks.  LOL

Think the wind must be quite a relief to EJ,  sitting there exposed to the elements as she is, as its been quite hot there the last 2 days, although not as hot as some parts of the UK.  The forecast seemed to be for scattered showers in that part of Scotland, so there may be a little rain later.

Hi Gary.  Have just read on Weekly Chat that Alan has returned.....

I just popped in for a minute. Is that not the sound of the third egg being scratched or chipped at, that I can hear? Methinks it is.

Phew! LOLOL Alison over on FB did a super job of the morning incidents. The more people recording the better I say:) Thanks for the update and glad Alan is back..

Hi everyone - managed to catch up on what has been happening before going out again this afternoon.

Still quite windy at LG although the rain seems to have stopped at LOTL

EJ just taking it easy, watching over her brood and being a loving caring mum.

I see Odin has delivered - albeit late morning.
