They are very good with the webcam at LotL, and keep zooming in to the eggs and chick.
Superb shots of the eggs. I could see the hole in the egg very clearly.
I'm thinking the laptop is gonna have to come out into the garden with me tomorrow if i'm going to have any chance at all of getting anything done... sounds like a plan :o)
Margobird.... Magical is definitely the right word, how lucky we all are to be able to see into 'Osprey World'.
It is so hot that The little one at LOTL has it's head out from under mom
Earlier I saw the most touching scene . Lady had given a bit to the chick that was too large for it to swallow. When she realized the problem she carefully took the food out of the chicks mouth. It took a couple of attempts to get it all out . Ospreys are great & attentive parents

I am getting too used to LOtL camera. EJ was off the eggs and I was waiting for them to zoom in and show her eggs.
The camera went down at LOTL :(
My picture is fine.
Well, whilst all things RELATIVELY quiet on the nests I've decieded to make a fast sortie down to Boots and spend a voucher before it goes out of date- I do trust I don't regret this. (Heaves a sigh) - I hear Lady calling but .... gotta go

edit: I'll tell all the eggs to wait while you go, Cirrus ; - ))
Gosh, the imagination. I can see TWO new hatched chicks
