Evening all. Good grief. We already have color at LG. EJ is on the nest; all looks peaceful.
Lynette: You asked Gary where he's located. He did answer you the first time around (Saturday?), but seems you either missed it or the posts got messed up. Anyway, you asked again yesterday and Emma responded; then Gary responded again (he said he wasn't ignoring you!). Anyway, Gary is in Connecticut in the Eastern U.S., but he's a Brit, like me! (Sorry if this all sounds complicated)
Good Morning All, thanks for the early morning commentary. It really is great to be able to read your observations and comments. EJ still on nest.
Me too! Thanks to the 'night shift' for their posts. EJ peacefully on nest listening to the sounds of the forest.

Just logged on and first of all apologies to Annette, Gary and Emma, I missed the posts when catching up last night. Thanks for the information.

All looks peaceful at LG with EJ sitting and radio chaffinch chirping in at times.
Just looking at LOtL and Marj is sitting on eggs, do hope they have not been compromised after yesterdays drama. Can anyone identify the bird noise from LOtL that is heard from time to time..
Hi Lynette, glad we've sorted out the geography of Gary in USA! : - )
If it helps, Diane is in Indiana, USA, Annette is in Southern California, USA, Aquilareen & Wattle are in Australia, and auntie is from Finland! They have all been a huge help in filling in for us Brits when we are asleep/doing other stuff, and keeping tabs on the nest.
I'm from Cheshire in N. West England and everyone else is dotted around all over, from patriciat in Northern Ireland, to folks in Scotland near LG and others in mid and southern Britain. Between us we make quite a mixed crowd but that's what makes this site so special.
EJ's just had another turn of the eggs and is now back on them and doing her usual furniture arranging.
That cuckoo is back again, in the background. Wonder if it's the one we used to have near here until a couple of years ago - we havn't heard one here since : - (

Hey, Lindybird, thanks for all that information. Although I originally hail from Lancashire, Worsley to be precise, I have been living in Northants now for 28 years. So we all represent global coverage for our beautiful birds - can't be bad!!!!!
Morning all ... I see EJ is on the eggs, and from what I've read in the posts it doesn't look like she's had breakfast yet.
