Evening all: Thanks so much for all the previous posts - especially Gary's brilliant skills on the video. I keep trying MWSnap but still can't get anything but a black screen when I click on the LG live webcam. Sigh.
Lynette: Oh no - didn't have any problem with being reminded of who said what; it's just as well someone can remember! :-)
It's already lightish at LG; EJ awake and on her eggs.
Odin lands with something ...a small stick I think! EJ immediately gets up and flies off leaving Odin to egg-sit. She flies almost straight back with a clump of moss and starts fiddling with the furniture ... Odin's not best pleased and gets up & flies away :-))
Pic of EJ re-arranging the furniture!

Ah, now I understand why Annette said EJ just flew off, when I was thinking it was EJ on the nest - we were both right!

Thanks to all for pics and posts. Was expecting to hear that there had been another fish by now. Must be a good day for fishing as not too much wind and no rain.
EJ sitting on the nest, preening, at present.
Just logged on again - glad to hear Marj is back on eggs at LOtL, it was an awefully long time she was off them so lets hope they didn't suffer. Thanks for pics of EJ and Odin and the clips, great to catch up on what has been going on at LG'
At present, EJ is basking in the early evening sun, now doing some rearranging and turning the eggs, hopefully not too long before they hatch.

I don't know how long Ej has been gone, but she just came back and did a bit of furniture arranging before trying to oust Odin ... he took some shifting this time ... it took both feet under to make him go!
EJ just returned and turfed Odin off the eggs again:
-- there was a lot of gentle 'peeping' before he would go!
That was both funny & touching, at the same time, wasn't it DjoanS ?
Lindybird ... he was very reluctant to go this time ... at one point he shifted sideways and I thought she'd got him off, but no ... he tried to settle again :-)
I guess there has been a change over since Lynette's last post, because as I have just checked in, EJ was returning to the nest and had to encourage Odin to move off the eggs.
I think its wonderful, Lindybird, to watch the pair of them! He always looks so comfortable ... and the stripe on his forehead makes it seem as if he's looking down his nose(or should I say beak) at everyone ... very supercilious ... I love it!!
