Hi everyone, late night bird tonight. Have just logged on again after being out and catching up with the soapies on the TV. Wonderful pics from DJoanS, Lindybird, Alan, and Alicat.
At present cannot get a picture but buzzing from the mike , so sound is there but no pic. Will try refreshing to see if its back. My fault it was there all the time I forgot to click on the pic whiilst I was typing this. EJ looks contented and looking around from time to time. I don't know how cold it is up there but hope she is keeping herself warm.
Hello to Annette in SoCal, Auntie, and the rest from far afield enjoy the early hours of the morning watching our wonderful ospreys. EJ having a moment of restlessness but setlling down again.
Signing off for the night.

Patiently waiting for perhaps Odin to give her a break, she looks so majestic despite ruffled feathers.
Fish delivery no 1.
Odin just arrived with a fish ... I thought he would find fishing difficult today ... well done Odin!

Fantastic, missed the action but glad he was able to deliver. Presumably Odin is sitting then whilst EJ has her share.
EJ returns, cheeping softly to Odin, Please let me back on the eggs. Odin in no hurry to move. Odin obliges and flies off and EJ quickly returns to sitting again.
I recorded the switch from Odin to EJ:

Thanks Alan and Joan for the good news, the photograph and the recording. I didn't expect to come home to any fish delivery news when I heard that noisy wind this morning.
Odin takes over egg sitting.
