Hi to all night owls and those across the water.
EJ looks peaceful on the nest - just having a fidgit and moving the eggs around but otherwise all is well.
Happy watching and see you in the morning.

All very quiet except for birdsong. The wind looks cold and is ruffling EJ's feathers. At least that snow has gone, it must have been an uncomfortable night.
Just logged on - weather must be cold if the snow has been again. As you say, Lindybird, it has gone now.. Lets hope Odin can bring in some sustinence soon for EJ. Looks like there is still a bit of snow on the outer parts of the nest.
Off we go again, radio chaffinch seranading EJ. Such a sweet song!!
EJ looking a bit wary - hope there won't be intruders again. And, Odin, she needs a fish after that cold night!
Ospreys Rule OK, but Goldfinches come a close second!
Wow! that was close! A few minutes ago EJ shifted off the eggss to rearrange them, and a male osprey came in. At first EJ thought it was Odin, and so did I. At the last moment, (or perhaps becasue he attempted to mate with her) she sent him packing with a couple of good shouts! She's still wary.
Smiles, Jan.
It looks as though its all happening again - intruders on the loose. Where is Odin with her breakfast.
Looking restless and wondering what is going on.
It looks like its sleeting or possibly trying to snow again, poor EJ she must be fed up with this cold May so far.
Just been reading through the posts ... poor EJ ... no breakfast, an intruder and now I can see flakes of snow. Come on Odin ... do your stuff and bring her a big fish!

Good morning DjoanS - Poor EJ I can hardly keep looking knowing she has not had a fish since yesterday. I hope he will arrive soon with a very large fish for her.

Just a passing shower, all over. EJ is still waiting for her breakfast. Come on Odin with that fish delivery.
