Looking at the nest, EJ head tucked under her wing and resting - all is at peace.

RSPB Giving Nature a Home
Must have been a fast change over again as EJ just returned to the nest and Odin has flown off again (no intruder to motivate hime this time)

Thanks Margobird, if I remember rightly it was about that time last year.
NEW BLOG from PAUL
Thanks Brenda. Isn't the guillemot handsome. Not a lot happening at LG at the moment - all as it should be..
Yes Lynette. I love the guillemot photo. Maybe I shouldn't say anything, but it is extremely quiet on the nest.
Brenda H you are temptin providence but as you say apart from that wind all is very quiet.
Somebody said it was quiet! EJ flies off to be replaced immediately by Odin ... to do his favourite thing :)

It's Odin - another change over
Morning all: Nice to come and find everyone, including bloggers, chirpy and upbeat. Cirrus: Have a lovely vacation; Alan: When I was 13 we went to Llandudno on holiday - I remember Conwy Castle and riding a train up a mountain; thought it was Snowdon although there's the Great Orme tram, but I do remember snow and freezing wind.... Anyway, very pretty area; also hope EJ waits for you to get back before anything happens.
