OK guys, I think EJ will be on her own tonight. We have some friends by the house and will pop in when I can.....but also need to get some rest after a somewhat frustrating day. EJ on the nest and all is well at this point.
EJ is now calling - has she had her breakfast yet!! Now having a preen but still calling and nest arranging.

No, no breakfast yet, Lynette. Looks like EJ has decieded to moult but why does she keep picking up one of her feathers when she keeps spitting it out again LoL.
Good morning Cirrus and Lynette EJ's calling becoming very insistent so come on Odin where are youl.
I watched EJ with a feather caught up in her beak a couple of days ago and it took her quite a while to get rid of it.
Margobird
Cirrus I can hear someone calling back so hopefully Odin is eating a head and will bring the rest for EJ quickly.
Lovely picture from early this morning. Shows the sun clearly and EJ suggestin to Odin that his brooding duties are over.

What sharp ears you have Margobird, thanks for that
Indeed Tiger, a lovely shot, EJ clearly telling Odin that his egg sitting duty is temporarily over :)
EJ has been calling for some time - flew off, must have been Odin. left nest empty for a few moments then EJ came in and settled again but is still calling. Maybe it was her having a stretch and then straight back. That was so confusing then.
Morning Margobird, a confusing episode just now. Don't quite know what is goiing on. EJ still calling.
Just turned l of the eggs - now nest arranging. I think she wants her breakfast/lunch
I think Lynette, that EJ was just desperate for a call of nature and a took a quick exercise flight. Odin not involved, unfortunately. I sure do hope he arrives with a whale soon.
