Hi all: Am getting "server error" messages all the time; hope it clears up. Does not appear to be affecting posts.
Gary posted the following link at the end of yesterdays page. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-cWsKzSZcuQ . For anyone who missed it, there was an intruder on the nest yesterday and Gary also posted several links to videos showing one of the incidents.
I just signed on again; nest was empty, but EJ immediately there - must've gone for a little stretch.
I just came back to find EJ arriving with a FISH. Odin must have brought one when I was away, and now EJ has returned with the remains. He flew away & now EJ is on the nest with the fish remains.
Didn't mean to duplicate - server error c ame up but it looks as though it still published.

Was it wood or fish?

Hi ALICAT sorry you've not been too good. Take care of yourself. Had some drama yesterday when another osprey tried to take over the nest, but was seen off in no uncertain terms by both Odin and EJ! Both birds got rather wet for a couple of days when it rained a lot, but its now a lot better.

Hi Alicat - sorry you've not been too good - Lindybird just did a very good summary!
I see ... or should that be hear ... it is very windy at LG. Hopefully there will be a fish soon ... I seem to remember between 10 and 11 is a popular time! I notice EJ isn't calling so Odin musn't be around ... or else he's hiding!

Amazed it can be described as a 'good summary' as I'm literally putting my arms in my coat on the way out now! bye!
