Evening all: Gary and AQ were watching until about 2 a.m. UK time. I'm late starting! EJ is on the nest with just the barest, faintest, slightest hint of the morning over the hills

Thanks Gary for the clip, EJ and Odin certainly having a tough day today, but as always Odin to the rescue eventually.

Soosin thanks for letting us know Madge has had a fish, seems he was a bit clumsy when he took over last evening and stepped on the eggs but they think they are fine.
Evening Brenda I only saw a bit of the story earlier and rather glad that I did. Would have been a nervous wreck watching it all. Good boy Odin came to the rescue eventually though.
Think the excitement over for today. A woodpecker drumming at LOTL and just buzzing noise at LG. The girls both looked quite relaxed. Off out now. See you all tomorrow

have we recently had an alien on the camera lens or is the wind blowing something about on the lens? It really did seem to crawl upward a moment ago and it's definitely crawling down now !!!!!
Could be a damp feather stuck to the lens?
HiGreat to hear about another fish delivery. Odin does a fantastic job. Although I don't manage to catch all the action, I find it hard to drag myself away from the LG camera. Things certainly look and sound a lot calmer now, with pleasant birdsong in the background, and the evening light painting a very nice picture at LG. Thanks for the heads up on the update.Morning Annette. Good evening from here. :-)I might be tempted to buy a couple of cans of Guinness when I go out, jsb. See what those Ospreys do to us. LOL.Thanks for the fish news at LotL, Soosin. The male there's becoming almost Odin like.Cirrus, I've just noticed something move about on the lens. Its probably tiny but the magnification of the camera makes it look huge. At first I thought it was a smear of dirt, then it moved.Paul.
Warning! This post contains atrocious spelling, and terrible grammar. Approach with extreme edginess.
when I first noticed it - for all the world it to seemed to have legs that moved independently !! Yours is the best idea Lindybird
It does have legs. You're right Heron. And now it's gone - LoL
Lucky for it that ospreys aren't insect eaters. LOL
