It looks like a snow free old wise lady on the nest, It is nice to see EJ not coved with the white stuff.
With about 14 days to hopefully to the first of her eggs hatching, lets hope that the snow stays away.
How elegant she looks in black and white.

He's back again
Birdie Num Num's brilliant DU summary 2017
Hello, Odin, gorgeousness:
He has morphed off:
Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
Flown again.
He's back:
OY, Odin, look this way:
He's gone again:
scylla said:Odin's here but I can't see if he's standing with a fish yet.
Something in foot:
He was lifting something in his foot, like he does with a fish, but you couldn't see it clearly:
Then he flew off and flew back in, no in-flght views - when he walked I couldn't see anything underfoot:
And he's gone again.

It must have been nesting material, Scylla. EJ would surely have gone for it if it had been fishy.
Morning All,
Lovely day on the nest.No fish from Odin yet I see. Let's hope he brings one soon for her.
Hi, Twinkle!
Hi Clare,we are all waiting patiently for that fish coming in.Yesterday I framed 3 photos of them and put them up in my hall, just waiting on one with the chicks now to finish my wee gallery off. Will call it my Osprey hall.
EJ is calling
That was short lived and very gentle.
