I can't remember a thing about yesterday, but they survived.
Oh yes, there were several outbreaks of hail.
EJ has been restful and looking very sweet:
She spend a lot of minutes playing with feathers, in more than one session:
IMAGICAT
I have to go soon and won't be back until late afternoon. I'll record until I leave. Was really hoping to see a fish before I left. SYL's all.
Birdie Num Num's brilliant DU summary 2017
See you later, Moffer. Have a good day!
Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
Bi Moffer, I hope the packing and the move goes smoothly. Sounds idyllic where you are moving to. Plenty of moths for you :-)
EJ's Memorial Balgavies Loch Ospreys 2023
I'm off out shortly so I'll see you all later. Let's hope His Gorgeousness brings EJ a fish soon.
TTFN EJ. Hope to read a good size fish was delivered when I get home.
I have just come in from the garden for a coffee break and, unless I am very much mistaken, that is EJ sitting quietly on the nest looking in the direction from where Odin might appear with a fish. She is very quiet so he is probably not around. Maybe he has caught a fish for himself first and is now getting EJs. We can hope!!!
Oops, have only just seen that MOFFER had to go out. I'll check back for fish, just in case.
0949hr - Fishless Odin taking over:
Stretched his neck a little to see something going on:
0958hr EJ back:
Has a word in his ear:
And another, closer:
Push tactics resorted to:
That did it!
And Odin disappeared:
1057hr - nasty snowy stuff came and went in about 7 minutes :-/
EJ has been calling for some time.
Sounding haily and windy :-(
