Starting new DU as EJ was just up-n-about. Pics coming later.
It's not looking good here - just 'liked' my own post instead of editing :-/
Here is a variety of EJ's flaps at that time:
And a loving mum snap:
IMAGICAT
No fish yet then
15.52 Popping back. EJ is still panting, but is also calling quite loudly, looking as usual towards camtree

15.59 All that calling was because EJ wanted a break! The sound of wings and Odin appeared. EJ got up and flew off, and Odin took over incubation. Good boy!
It's all too much like hard work!
Aww, he is having difficulty keeping awake in the warm sunshine!
The steam train can be heard chugging along, and a loud blast on the whistle.
Poor Odin is really having a job staying awake

EJ having a nice break but would be even better if it was because she has a nice big fish
I nearly broke my neck when Odin landed, trying to see on my kindle if ha brought fish. (I was sorting out my wardrobe. Who new how much junk one could accumulate!)Well done Sheila for the great snaps.
For those who don't know, I have been absent of late as I am moving to the countyside :) Lots to do!
Odin is still nodding in the sunshine.
I wonder if EJ has gone for a nice bathe, to cool and clean her moulting feathers.
