March went out like a lion, how will April start?
Well, pretending this was post-midnight when it was actually yesterday evening, April starts a bit ignominiously, actually.

And another one! They have stepped it up today:

Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
She's watching you, Monty:
She is now alarm calling.
She's reacting to the incoming geese! Personally I love geese. They are very well mannered and they let you know they are coming.
Monty flies down to the nest and Glesni delicately removes the piece of fish from his talons:
She has flown to the mini T-post to eat it.
Glesni is back and Monty has flown to his favourite spot on the T-post.
Blimey. Whatever's in the water at Dyfi?
Fish, Clare!
Kind regards, Ann
LOL, LOL, LOL!!!!!!
He's back on the nest with Glesni, for once not mating.
Clare, We have been in London all day and I just signed in now--any great news in the Osprey world today? I have not yet tried to use the new Dyfi website. Could not get on yesterday so fingers crossed.
Some geese just flew past the nest, quite close. Both birds watched them closely!
