Dyfi Osprey Project March 2016

I was a bit slow getting here - so good to see the familiar names. I have been enjoying listening to the sounds of the Dyfi - especially the singing male Stonechat.

I should have known Scylla would be there recording! Thank you, Scylla.

Female Stonechat also put in an appearance and a Reed Bunting has been singing too.

Buzzard been sitting on end of larch perch for ages - flew off at 16:12

Anyone got a spare wheelchair? and more on the lift.

I've just been thru whatever I've got today, and the buzzard was on the perch for half an hour, then 20 minutes, then got "scared off" by corvids, one of whom was still there when darkness fell.

I was late starting up today (not in the swing of things yet) but I may have it.  So far all I've got of any note is this doting couple:
