The camera is now back on the empty nest and perch. Have we just seen the last of His Gorgeous Montyness for this season? Let's wait and see.
Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
A couple of points to clear up, CLARE, which I've already forgotten... people joke about getting senile but my short-term memory is in tatters :-(
Re "YT says no-one watched that video" - I wasn't accusing anyone of not watching it, just pointing out that views don't necessarily get recorded by YT.
Re Corvids - I love 'em all, ever so!!!
Re birds flying in the sky - I thought the same as you, as in "I don't think that's an osprey" - but I'm watching from a distance while trying to do a kes vid. Glad you confirmed what I thought.

Thank you, TIGER. The American Kestrel is very easy to sex, the male having lots of gorgeous blue.
