Yesterday, after we spent overnight with an unusual side view of the nest, Odin began the day bringing EJ a fish, and then he brought her another in the course of the day. We did not have sound for the beginning hours, depriving us of the skydancing Odin must have performed in the early morning hours.
Here is picture of our couple on the nest posted by scylla yesterday, after EJ had consumed her breakfast.
But today we begin the day with sound and the sight of a windy glary nest. No hinterlands.

Good Morning all. Just been able to log in, but have been here since 6.35. I heard EJ's wing sounds on my delayed VLC sound, but she had already gone, just Odin standing and looking around.
Thank you CC for starting the day, and a HUGE thank you to Patily for holding the fort. Thank you Scylla for the catch up, and to all for your earlier posts.
ENS since Odin flew at 6.44.

Someone has landed on the campost, no calls
Odin has landed.

It's Odin. On the nest now.
Hi, Moffer! Odin has landed:
Obligatory sunlight on feathers shot:
Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
He's flown

... for no discernable purpose ;-) He soon left.
Look at me, I'm Magnificent:
He's flown.
Morning, MOFFER! Glad you could get in.
My hubby has been "sorting out" my PC as I keep loosing sound and it keeps shutting down. Ever since, I find this site (and only this site) a nightmare. I get funny pages with names and percentages come up, and I can't log in. Well, I'm here now after the umpteenth try.
