Getting a late start tonight, but no rush. EJ on nest; all is quiet.
The night vision light is very fuzzy, but EJ is moving as if she may be laying an egg
Guess we have to wait for the day camera to see if that is true
Formerly known as Barbara Jean
Hey Barbara Jean: Yes, image was really bad, better now. And yes, she was fidgeting a lot wasn't she?
After she stopped moving they way she was, she stood up and arranged the eggs. But it was too fuzzy to see the eggs .
I was wrong . EJ just stood up to transfer the eggs to Odin There are only 2 eggs
Hmmm. Well that just means the day shift will have the chance to see if something develops later. I see the shift on the nest has changed - so organized these two and so polite to each other. Little chirps here and there; all very familiar and relaxed.
I'm going to sign off now. Another busy day tomorrow. Take care Barbara Jean and everyone; happy viewing. :-)
Good night Annette. It's been snowing at LG. EJ on the nest, with her tailfeathers covered in snow. Snow seems to have stopped now, but the nest is sprinkled white. EJ seems comforable enough though, snuggled down in the nest cup. Wish the weather would warm up a bit for them!
Smiles, Jan.
06:43 = Egg number 3 just laid. Annette will be sooooo annoyed having missed it.
YES!!!!!! We have 3 eggs!!!!! Photo below is of EJ mid-contraction.
She stood up to settle eggs under her, and I saw three, but didn't manage to get a pic.
I think number three can be seen here
