Another new day begins  and all is quiet on the nest.

Do we need to keep doing a new DU each day for the rest of this saeson, or would it be better just to do a monthly  like Dyfi just for the rest of this season ???

That thought had occurred to me too Limpy.

It would save an awful lot of thread starting.

I would think that a DU thread for the rest of June would be fine if  people think that is the way to go.

Would need to put in a new day marker which would be easy to organise.

[/quote]I have to say that I am really disappointed with this, but I can see the reasoning behind it. No sightings have been reported today, but sticks have moved without any wind. I can only assume that the birds were missed. I fear that many of the LG posters have moved to nests with chicks, or are otherwise busy with their lives.  I'll go with the majority vote, as I can't always sit here for hours like I did yesterday.

  • Is that Odin in the tree?

  • Hi MOFFER You efforts on this thread are GREATLY appreciated

If people want to change from a DU how about a weekly one. Don't really like the idea of a monthly one

  • Only that I can see a tree moving in the wind, the present pic looks like a 'still'.

  • Looked away for a minute and Odin has gone Both on the nest

  • Can I hear an osprey on the nest ?
