Well done Scylla - but it is still indistinct. It could well still be intact.

Strange how it looked so like half a shell yesterday :-/
That wind bursting thru was Dyfi in a different browser! I don't seem to have any LG sound now.
EDIT - False alarm.

Morning all, still no confirmation about the egg then? EJ looks better than she did last night in all the wind and rain. Nice to see her up and having a preen but no sign of Odin. This is definitely a waiting game for us all, and lots to learn about Osprey behaviour.
My pic and sound had gone to sleep, but after I brought the LS to life I had Radio Chaffinch singing, and EJ sitting.
She had another peak at her egg, then a preen, having a go at the oil gland perhaps?
and I paying attention to things around her. She does seem to be more settled today. Perhaps because Odin isn't around to tempt her with a fish?
Well it looks like things are pretty much the same. EJ incubating an unviable egg and Odin round and about.
Thanks for all updates, pics, and vids so far.

Glad some of you have heard her call today - can Ospreys lose their voice?! I'm glad there is a small feather at the front of the nest as its movement shows my screen hasn't frozen as I can hear no sound now.

EJ is calling......a short burst.

She's just had 'a brief tweet' :-).

Hooray - EJ called, perhaps she can see Odin? But quiet again now.
I've checked again thru the early hours. EJ was calling softly @ 0353 when the stream recovered from much buffering, and looking over her shoulder as if at Odin - before that she had had her head tucked in, sound asleep, but on recovery she was alert, so I wonder if Odin had nipped in during the buffering time. We shall never know ;-)
