And so we begin another month. Osprey season is in full swing, with lots of action everywhere. ENJOY!
RUTLAND Manton Bay nest
This looked so much like the Dyfi nest that I thought I had mistakenly gone there again. But no, this is definitely Manton Bay. You can see the differences by comparisons. And some of you may be able to ID the osprey by sight. I can't.
Only LG is still on daylight cam
JUNE - All your nests sitting and incubating.
In Wales next week and visiting the Dyfi nest this Sunday as breaking my journey down at Llangollen on Saturday evening.
Sitting and incubating -- Good news, right? ALL IS WELL!
Keith Gabfest hopes to hear of your adventures and maybe some pictures at Dyfi.
How about Lochter? How is the Cone Nest doing.?
I'm not familiar with Llangollen. Should I know it? Is that where Dai Dot is? Does anyone have news of him after he visited and left Dyfi this year. Has he established a nest again this year as he did in 2014.?
Willow. I hope you still have some suitable water lilies left in your pond. Something I always wanted - a pond with water lilies.
I cannot and do not speak for Jag, but I don't think he just switched from Gabfest to Facebook. He did tell us that he was spending too much time on computer and needed more exercise. I think his interest in biking just took over & he lost interest in Gabfest.
We all remember that fabulous Biking charity ride he made through floods, ghosts and all. You will remember that he raised enough for LG to purchase the large flatscreen TV in the visitor center.
But I could be all wrong, except about the Bike Ride.
Ask KEITH about the capercaillie at LG. He & Jag love them.
