Our idyllic balloon has been punctured:
(1) By unexpected and significant snow. Odin has fished and EJ is toughing it out, and so must we.
(2) By an injury to Odin the Magnificent, his right leg is bloody on the outside. It happened between 4 and 6 yesterday afternoon and must have been caused either by an intruder (and LG are using the plural for yesterday) or a fishing accident. Odin is toughing it out, and so must we.
EJ has just taken a little exercise on the nest and is now back on her eggs.
IMAGICAT
Poor EJ needs a good meal. Only half a fish yesterday :( It was cold last night, going to be worse tonight. She needs to replenish her body after producing three eggs, and she'll need the warmth. Ahh, has he gone? EJ is quiet now.

EJ has flown. Odin's back standing away from the eggs alarm calling.
Odin arrived, EJ took a break. I wonder whether his chest looks a bit hollow today, or a trick of the light.
Odin gives a shrill alarm call.
I can hear a distant skydance! Odin calls again

Someone is Sky Dancing!!!
Cheeky!
Odin crept down the side of the nest to get to the eggs, has settled, but the sky dance call continues. He is looking around him and wary. He gives the alarm call again, but stays on the nest. Or is it EJ alarm calling too?
Odin doesn't like the intruder Skydancing above him. He's alarm calling best he can while covering the eggs.
Oh to be in the Forward Hide with a brilliant camera!
Odin calls again as the sky dance continues.
SCYLLA> If you have any video of this it would be fantastic. :)
What a time for my VLC to crash. Back now with superb views of Odin and EJ on the nest. Odin calling.
I was right, EJ was nearby and calling too. She has joined him on the nest. The intruder must be very close. Odin is standing up calling loudly - a beautiful picture of him! EJ has settle on the eggs.
