Welcome to another day in the 2015 Loch Garten season. Ej's incubating her eggs while awake at the moment. As usual she's looking phenomenal :)
Warning! This post contains atrocious spelling, and terrible grammar. Approach with extreme edginess.
That scene has to be the one of the season so far. Wonderful

Such an unusual and beautiful sight :-*
IMAGICAT
Thanks to Heron77 for starting the new thread and to everyone else for their observations particularly of the new egg.
It is amazing how we get so much more direct information than we used to.
The countup clocks have started. The first egg should hatch after 36 days (yes EJ mostly hatches a day early). So Sunday 24 May should see the hatching of the first egg.
Tiger Signature
He's up:
He has flown.
Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
Such utter contentment.
EJ has been talking to him, and at last 09.11 he gets up and flies off, whether to the cam post or for fish remains to be seen. Meanwhile she attends to the eggs, all the time chirruping quietly. A jet flies over, which she definitely noticed.

Thanks for the heads-up, TIGER :-)

So, as usual I could see a hatching or at least a couple of bobbleheads. Heading north that weekend and I hope to call in on the return journey a week later.
Another moss delivery. Just a drop off and gawwn.

I don't think I posted the egg-laying video - not that there's much to see until over 10 minutes later when the 3 eggs become blurrily apparent:
Great video Scylla, thank you.
Still no "official" confirmation anywhere. I'm so glad that you got it.
