Another Day in the life and times of EJ & Odin

Yesterday we were all waiting with baited breath to see if EJ popped out an egg. As the day went by we saw no egg although EJ did spend some time on the nest but as far as I know no fish were brought to the nest.

Yesterday was also another day of mating and EJ and Odin disappearing, probably to fish and sit on their favourite perches. Then as we were watching the cam went down - oh dear, just when you really do not want it to happen it happened. Oh well, that’s life.

As for the egg situation - well yesterday was the eleventh day since Odin returned. EJ has not laid an egg on the eleventh day before. EJ has laid an egg on the twelfth day four times - in 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2014 according to Tiger & Chloe’s stats. How useful they are. So could today be the fifth time? Here’s hoping.

Just tuned in to see EJ on nest but still no egg, we didn't miss anything then whilst cam was down!
